Sarah has been deeply devoted to the Somatic Arts for the past 17 years.  Following a severe car accident, she was led to healing modalities that focused deeply on somatic integration. Since 2005, she has been deeply immersed in the study of Continuum movement with founder Emilie Conrad, and Susan Harper of Continuum Montage.

As a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher, Somatic Experience Practitioner, Conscious Birth Doula and Pre- and Perinatal Attachment Facilitator, Sarah brings together a synergistic blend of somatic and trauma resolution practices to her work with women, newborns, children and families.

Her passion lies in facilitating individuals to re-connect to their own innate healing wisdom through the interweaving of these disciplines. She has a great passion for supporting families through the birth process and loves to share Continuum with moms through pregnancy and into labor, inviting a deeper trust of the innate Health and Mystery that is our birthright.

In 2014, Sarah founded Somatic Sanctuary of Ojai, California, a Somatic-based Healing Arts Center which offers Continuum Movement, Somatic Experiencing, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Pre & Peri-natal Attachment Facilitation, along with an array of somatic movement practices.
