His teaching focuses on how to help ourselves to be adjustable, adaptable, resilient, and flexible in our physical, emotional, and mental reality through the creative movement, breaths and sounds of Continuum. He has also developed a teaching practice,  “Diaphragmics”, to transmit these Continuum concepts with a more structural focus. Yoshi offers these classes both online and in-person in Kyoto and Tokyo.
