Wendy’s teachings emerge from an embodied approach to our living architecture’s fascial matrix structure, function, energy and fluid resonance through the portal of core as relationship, with gravity, ourselves, one another and our living environment.

This transformational approach to movement and life was inspired by 40 years of studies with treasured mentors in yoga, Pilates, the somatic arts and sciences, Rolf Structural Integration bodywork, embryology, biotensegrity, embodied breathwork and perceptual ontology.

Meeting Emilie Conrad in 1996 was a game changer which opened the field of fluid resonance as an awareness of our elemental body’s true nature as movement, sound and breath resonating and adapting within our living environment.

Mentoring clients and movement and bodywork educators through the lens of Continuum is a deeply nourishing, regenerative exploration which allows people to remember and access their embryonic beginnings as a resourceful blueprint of health.

Wendy is currently writing a book for Handspring Publishing on her embodied approach to movement and bodywork, scheduled for publication in the Summer of 2025, entitled: “Moving Beyond Core: A Somatic Exploration Through Whole Body Relationships”.
