I have been a student of Continuum for many years. I engage Continuum in my counseling work with individuals who are on a healing journey to resolve a history of trauma and challenges. Embodied Relationship is a focus that is dear to my heart. I offer a workshop, Relationship as a Psycho-Spiritual-Somatic Adventure, with my husband Don St John. It is designed for individuals or couples who want to explore and deepen emotional connection and intimacy. It includes Continuum mindfulness practices.
