Tereza lives in the heart of Europe, in the Czech Republic. She has been a member of Continuum Teachers Association since 2024.

She has completed a variety of trainings and workshops on coaching education, art therapy and emotional intelligence. In her earlier career, she also worked as an internal trainer and educated groups in soft skills. Tereza is a passionate traveler and discoverer of the body and the world. She is the owner of a travel agency, where she organizes events and tours to discover the inner and outer worlds.

She thrives when sharing her love for nature and movement, in different ways, with others.  When she met Continuum, she fell in love at first sight with the movement. It is the first practice where she feels free. She perceives it like a puzzle piece that makes everything fit together.

Tereza is a graduate of the three-year long Soul of Continuum Apprenticeship Program, she participated in-person workshops in London and in the Somatic Academy in Berlin. Throughout her whole inquiry process into Continuum, she was deeply supported by her mentor, Marcella Bottero. Tereza's greatest wish is to spread awareness about Continuum in the Czech Republic. She organizes regular in-person lessons and weekend Continuum workshops for groups. She connects her two passions - traveling and Continuum. Her aspiration is to inspire clients into an open exploration of their inner and outer worlds. Her motto is, “The feeling of freedom begins with freedom of movement.”
