Dynamic Life

We will meet for this four week virtual series on Nov 11th, 18th, Dec 9, and 16th.
Through out our time together, we will be with inquiry around Life's dynamic range.  We will use sound, imagery, and attention to explore our spectrum of being.
We will create opportunity to intimately know and appreciate diversity, possibility, and expression through our own unique somatic experience,  listening and feeling for the impulses of life to move us.
