Finding Fetal Fluidity on Land with Continuum
Life on Land is the name Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum gave to her seminal book, describing how Continuum emerged as an enquiry into our fluid nature. What happens to our inherent fluidity when we begin to walk on land? For most of us, our tissues densify, interfering with the subtle, efficient communications through them. This results in stiffness, pain, and deadness in our tissues, our minds and our lives.
How do we resurrect our fluid nature as we walk on land?
In this 3-hour online class, we engage in the breaths, sounding, and mindful movement of Continuum to melt our tissues and from there explore our relationship with gravity. In the process, we have the potential to engender new neural pathways, novel ways of perceiving, and creative, healthier ways of being.
A video recording will be available after the class has aired.
