In-2-Me See, A Young Adult Retreat

This retreat, entitled "In-2-Me See", is a specialty retreat for young adults ages 18-25 and is at Shalom Mountain Retreat and Study Center June 13-16th.  

Young adults are often in a time of making important life decisions and finding their unique voice in the world. Within a safe and loving community, they will be supported in taking up their power, listening to their inner wisdom, and wrestling with the hard questions of life.
There will be deep in time for transformational ritual, process work, somatic experiencing and movement, and self discovery.

I am co-leading this adventure with my partner Rick and our beloved "Shalom friend" Arianna, each of us bringing our own unique gifts to the group we will be working with.  Together, we are weaving what promises to be a rich experience of connection, resourcing, support, and possibilities of discovery for all who attend.

If you have a young adult in your life who you think might benefit from some support, might be curious about their own self discovery, looking for healthy community connection, or want to dip their toes into somatic work please share this opportunity with them.  I am also very happy to have a conversation with anyone interested.  

I deeply believe in the importance and possibility of helping all beings, but especially young adults, uncover their potential as alive vibrant beings.  I'm excited to be able to offer tools and resources to help them meet both the amazing stuff and the hard stuff in their lives.
