Midline Divine

Midline Divine...a three week virtual Continuum series.  

Our midline is a sacred energetic and physical place that can inform us.
It is a place that we can return back to to find direction, strength, and peace.
In this series we will explore sounding and attention techniques that will help us dis-cover our midline.
We will drop into the depths of ourselves to notice the magnificence that we radiate from.

We will meet online Sept 9, 16, and 23rd from 9am - 11am MT.
*Classes will be recorded for those who cannot attend live.
