We are living in a time of profound change, and as we meet the uncertainty of our shared world, I find it comforting to remember that all creative processes involve meeting what we do not yet know. In Continuum, we explore the unfolding, ever-changing fluid nature of our bodies. This transforming river of movement within us can become a reliable touchstone of presence, peace, and sustenance in our lives.
The essential nourishment of self-discovery we gain from participating with the body in this way also supports the development of an inner authority and confidence that is necessary as we risk meeting what is unknown in the changing circumstances of our lives.
