HYBRID WORKSHOPS: In person at The Living Seed in New Paltz and online via Zoom
In this once a month Fall 2022 series, we will delve into the core life themes of birth, death and rebirth with Continuum breath, sound and fluid movement. Continuum experience advised.
Saturday | 1 pm – 4 pm

December 10 – few days after the Full Moon
Fee – $90, due September 1st
Payment plans available. This is a series of three workshops.
If attending the Fall 2022 weekly Continuum series, this monthly series is available at half fee, $45.
