Return to the Heart

Tone Gilje and Jeanne Jensen offers a heart centered Continuum Retreat this spring. After a long winter of social distancing, the body is yearning to connect and receive.

Let us gather in this beautiful dome in the Norwegian mountains to celebrate that winter is waning and the mild breeze of spring oozes of new possibility. This is an opportunity to nurture our heart-roots and heart-space: To open the doors to the heart and let in the light, so that the tissue body can soften, melt and is rejuvenated. We call forth the wisdom of the heart and rejoice in the gifts that lies hidden in its wild and undiscovered nature.

When we are in connection, we develop an intimate relationship to our heart. Through sensing and moving, through sound and breath, the fluid element of the body is activated so it can flow through us freely.
